Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is good cafeteria with view and games for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike as per market and also has yearly bonus with Diwali gift as gold coin every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Flexible timing. Personally all employees and higher level management is very helpful.

Dislikes

Work allotment is poor. It is not equally divided in employees. Some employees enjoy sitting relaxed and get paid while some have to work so hard and overtime. Parcility is the policy. No transport service, no canteen. No overtime allowances. Some times you have to work on holidays also.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked.
