Dislikes

However, there are undeniable shortcomings that hinder my overall satisfaction with the company. The inadequate compensation and benefits package falls short of recognizing the value of my contributions. Similarly, the lack of transparent and fair promotion and appraisal processes leaves me feeling overlooked and undervalued. Moreover, the absence of a supportive company culture detracts from the collaborative spirit necessary for a thriving workplace.
