The company sure stands to it's MNC stature. The perks are good and they do take care of their employees . There are always certain activities going on around. Yearly parties and certain activities which engage the employee with in the company. The upper lever leadership is excellent.

As I am in client facing role, I felt that my immediate supervisors are not supportive and the are more indulge in floor level politics rather assisting or appreciating resources. Things and work is not well managed, company is not much transparent to the employee and always keep you in dark, where in you don't know that what will happen next. Some of the managers are biased on the caste basis and it surprised me as I never seen such things in my entire career....Read More
