We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to enhance the Marketing Team at eClinicalWorks to manage trade shows. In this role, you will coordinate corporate trade shows, including industry research, liaising with vendors, internal coordination, and operations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. You will be required to oversee the management of over 100 trade shows annually.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the marketing team and organizers to define the strategy and event requirements.
Managing and leading the planning and execution of all tradeshow logistics and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Maintaining the annual calendar in conjunction with the Sales and Business Development teams.
Overseeing and keeping trade show tasks current using a project management tool.
Managing the tasks of a small remote-based team.
Coordinating with vendors on inventory, logistics, and operations of each event.
Researching key industry shows and sponsorship opportunities.
Promoting the trade show through marketing channels and company listings.
Collaborating with the creative marketing team members to develop promotional materials and social media assets.
Managing annual budgets and expenses associated with trade shows.
Traveling to select events to gather research and feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in project management, marketing/events, communications, or related field of study.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience managing trade shows or events.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
25% travel to yearly trade shows.
