From where should i start, my overall experience in this company was worst wasted my four months in this company if i talk about the trainer he is good Team leaders are fine but the owner of this company is seriously a big headache she just treat her employees as a waiter so guys now you can just understand what im trying to say, she wants everything in a very perfect way even if the employee doesn't know how to work on that particular thing she just force her employees to work on that she does not provide the training for that thing. Anu Arora, is a fraud woman... She will harass employees for completing target. If anyone gave good performance.she try to remove them from job. Bcoz she have no money to pay to their employees. She hired person after that she show her rude behaviour which is not acceptable. She pressurized person so that she or he can leave by own.If not, then she find any reason to terminate them so that in the end of month, no body get their salary. She is very dangerous. Be aware from this woman Anu Arora. Many TL resigns from their post just because of her manner. She don't know how to treat and respect someone. I have many proofs. If any one need ..ask me. Bcoz she is doing illegal work. She is still hiring. After a month or before...
