I am AR Analyst . I joined in November 2024 Here I got to know that this is the only organisation where there is end to end hospital billing. It requires good skills to understand. I am learning new things day by day. By seeing this I love to stay for a long for better growth. I like the safety of the employees our complete premises are well equipped with CCTV . I like cafeteria in ground floor where you get hygienic food. Our office cafeteria is little small however it’s looks clean and good.Good cabs are in comparison of other companies. I enjoy working here and also my colleagues are helping me in learning curves. Everyone is very cooperative. I had newly joined here it look like my ideal organisation where after staying for a long I will be getting growth in future. I am highly motivated with my owners after listening their real life success story as they had started their career being as Executive and after hard work how they build their own organisation giving employments. I had joined in 2022 as fresher and Being girl I always feel proud working here. Our Management is very good . They are very concerned about the safety of women’s first. I want to share the incident if the recent party was happened everyone was given cab services from office and those who went their selves they were permitted only with the family members. There is no last drop for females. We had musical chair fun activities on 24th Christmas Eve. In Diwali everyone gets so many gifts from the organisation after big celebration. Joined here as fresher and now completed 6 months . I love to work here HR is so cooperative, supervisors are very good they explain the scenarios to resolve my query. Good working atmosphere. This company is growing day by day and looks like having higher chances of getting opportunities in future. I get the chance to learn hospital billing , denials, rejections , Appeals.

Very comfortable job and at the same time we feel like that we are at our home. Such a comfortable environment, positive aura, and many thing to learn here. Everything Because they will ask to join will not inform you the benefits starting 3 months you don't have any leave in your bucket if you take leave money will deduct also they will ask to submit hard copies even they have documents on email no food no medical work environment poor, senior manager always desperate for women. Also in there calendar if there is a leave and they wants to come to office on that day and you are not present then they will deduct salary twice for the day.
