I had started my career with this organisation when it was under Miles Software management and it had a lot to offer in terms of learning and self skill development, post takeover my Ebixcash management the organisation seems to have lost its core values and it has become difficult to sustain Pross- Good Learning, Great Clientfacing exposure, International/ Domestic Onsite opportunity

Salary was too low or many people were not valued properly, salary cuts during global hardtimes however no extra salaries or paybacks of lost salaries during good times and extra profit times
