Global Policy of Eaton for Work Life balance is very good. Local management has no role in it and hence employees get good chance to manage work-life.

Dislikes

If you wish to get good opportunities in Eaton, you have to be pet of your manager. Pay hike and promotions are manager dependent and if you are not pet, you cannot get anything. even HR cannot help you. Usually trainings you get in Eaton are as per management policy and not per your interest. Learning after first few days is just for namesake. - You will be recruited without any project allocation, do not fall for the easy interview, it’s all a game to just show a headcount. - Job description is just to draw candidates in, the actual work is totally disconnected from your past experience. - No projects, make sure to get confirmation on mail before you are onboarded. - HR is over smart, bullies you into accepting the offer just for his KPI, DO NOT FALL FOR THE CASUAL CONVERSATION!
