Thames are good but its not execute at site. One man company and he believes old subordinate review either he non technical person or oiling person. No job security it may be one hour notice you can terminate, if owner want. No benefit even no notice period salary they provide. No corporate culture.

Not good. Without any notice Woodkraft terminate stuffs and they suddenly hold or deduct your salary without any proper reason. Even they never return your invested money (Due to site expanses).

It can easily top the list of worst companies in India. They don't pay people on time, whether they are employees or vendors. Top management pretends they are always under financial problems and behavior towards the employees is pathetic.
