No change in compensation for couple or years.Earlier the reason was covid and now the reason is US market.Next year's excuse for no meritincrease is no new bookings and so on. 3. HR Team enjoys lunch and dinners with senior executives (from US).But when we asked about team outing they said blatantly said "no money".However they spend tens of lakhs of ruppess in people travelling from US Europe to India (for useless meetings) 4.They put people randomly in PIP and assign technical job to non tech people and vice versa,just to fire them after PIP.Doing this they are not liable to provide any severance package to the employee going out of the organization 5.No opportnuity provided to learn new tools.
