1. No carrer advancement opportunities.No training of new technologies.They just believe in hire and fire.They hire talent but do not provide enough opportunity for training and skill upgrade. 2. No change in compensation for couple or years.Earlier the reason was covid and now the reason is US market.Next year's excuse for no meritincrease is no new bookings and so on. 3. HR Team enjoys lunch and dinners with senior executives (from US).But when we asked about team outing they said blatantly said "no money".However they spend tens of lakhs of ruppess in people travelling from US Europe to India (for useless meetings) 4.They put people randomly in PIP and assign technical job to non tech people and vice versa,just to fire them after PIP.Doing this they are not liable to provide any severance package to the employee going out of the organization 5.No opportnuity provided to learn new tools. Several reasons:- 1. Managers says, work hard do hard and expect nothing giving false hope of promotions/raises even if you are considered best in your team. 2. HRs are just like a puppet of managers. 3. Last 3 years, no promotion no raise ie no hope to continue with this company. 4. Place is like sinking boat, 4 clients incoming and 6 clients outgoing. 5. Company with lot of TLs, managers with merely low level employees who really works. Managers himself are considering to be the CEOs. 6.
