Worst part comes with the guys in R&D team. They screw up from behind and do all drama. They act like close friends. Managers are behind these guys. They just wanna run business. No value to culture. Guys staying from long time can do anything here. They never get punished for behavioral issues.

Dislikes

Full of politics. If you are close to a few people, you would get promotions every year. Few people controlling it. Meaningless acquisitions. Worst HR and management. Your complaints would never be considered by HR people because they know they cannot do anything about it.
