The work environment and the job security is pretty great. The office architecture is very modern.

Dislikes

The employees are not appreciated for the work done. The hikes and bonuses are very very low. There is almost no career growth since the use of new technology is close to nil. There are no extra soft skill training given. The salary is low compared to the market standards. The management is not bothered about their employee’s growth.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
