Best Startup that I have been part off. Great atmosphere to work in and the colleagues are well mannered, well behaved and technically well equipped guys. Dislikes

Very few points to note. Though the culture is very constructive between employees and employer, sometimes the decision making regarding managerial aspects are delayed as all the top management are technical and have very little or meger managerial experience.

The management will back you to complete the task in your own method and all they want from you is the ability to complete the task on time and without spoiling company's good will.
