Best Startup that I have been part off. Great atmosphere to work in and the colleagues are well mannered, well behaved and technically well equipped guys. For a Electrical Engineering Fresher to start a career in Testing and Commissioning, E-Pillar is the best Place. They train you, nurture you and guide you till you sharpen your skill set and become technically good and they also train you on Managerial aspects of the Company.

Dislikes

Very few points to note. Though the culture is very constructive between employees and employer, sometimes the decision making regarding managerial aspects are delayed as all the top management are technical and have very little or meger managerial experience.

Likes

We can have our work life balance and ability to learn and implement new skill without any pressure from the management. The management will back you to complete the task in your own method and all they want from you is the ability to complete the task on time and without spoiling company's good will.

Dislikes

Though you are free to learn new skills, you will not have enough opportunity to implement it on real time any time soon.
