Nice firm, friendly zone for work with boss and employees. Behavior of each n everyone is nice.

Dislikes

Overtime not available but duty time 8 hrs and actual time spending on site is 10-14 hrs. Also don't have OT for extra time.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
