There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Its not a good place to work.You cannot learn anything new neither any growth opportunities will be provided.Job security is least. Dyanamic hires employees every month on a bulk level and most of them leaves the company within six months.For site engineers its good upto a certain level . But Dyanamic does not tolerate any mistake at work.Neither they are intersted in giving you some time to get accustomed to your job.It believes in firing its employees on immediate basis without any notice period.The HR is always hiring candidates in its total strength of just 120 employees because most of them quits in a short span. You will only get to listen big things from the management. There is no appraisal .And salary disbursment is also delayed every month.
