Nobody from management know when employees will get paid thier salary. When employees ask about salary strongly, they are asked to search for new job as company can't pay them on time. I would like to give an advice if you have a job already, don't leave it on the basis of Dyna Biotech's offer letter. They don't pay salary for up to8 months.
