Avoid this company!! It has never recognised and appreciated its employees for their work. You will be paid very low as per industry standards. The company is basically ruled by the MD/CEO who implements policies affecting your pay and does not even inform you regarding same. even HR is not aware. They clearly don't have a vision with their product. Just beating around the bush. Employees on the field are working under extreme pressure even hazardous to health just to deliver unreachable targets. Extremely bad experience with the management. P.S management is just 1 person who rules the company as mentioned. And because of this bad management and poor vision, company is struggling with its finances and also getting funding from investors....Read More

I don't like this company, very bad management and worst behaviour by higher management and bad experience. No HR policies and company will not follow any rules and regulations.
