1st Day you join in this company they insists to publicise on LinkedIn network.
Don't fool by "Great Workplace to work", they have tweaked by asking all employees to give good feedback.
Very Very Toxic Work Culture and Harrasement is their main motives,
No motivation, in fact long hours to work and they call on weekends WhatsApp and call saying urgent to work and you have to work.
senior director is a confused person, looks like features of psycho, Doesn't know the reason for existence and does joins every meeting to demotivate further cause inconvenience to team and unnecessary pressures and mental agony, once project was delivered successfully then no motivation and entire credits goes to senior director and not to the team, at least no email appreciation.
100% Caste based favoritism and close relatives. Fear factor instill and causing mental stress. It so unethical that that they hide relationship.
No open commication and at least team members fears to express their views if senior director joins the meeting. If D&B wants to improve the company culture then should do fact finding, the reason so called senior director was worked for less than 2 years in previous company and what happened etc. Unfortunately representation D&B.
No common Process or Practices or Knowledge to team.
Now coming to US leadership meeting that happens to be another circus where the DESI boss leads it, the meeting and insists every one on video then he keep on eating the food (cracking nuts etc) in front of camera and keeps you annoying as a joker and then seriously as a stunt master gives threatening to team, if this projects is not successful then I will fired and you will be fired along with some great leadership seating in call. No one can speak in the meeting. Also says no hike already you came good hike etc and the name of cost saving, they released good team members. D&B left with bad bosses to reflect the work culture. In fact these bad bosses in India training on the work culture in the D&B.
No dedicated staff nor place to work. A start-up company like environment for 100 seats leased in Smartwokrs..hire and fire strategy.
I suggest to join a start-up company to earn rather than joining this company. ....Read More
