Likes

Its just 3 months I joined Duckcreek, but I am really impressed by its culture. I realized that this company owns its employees. Unlike big giants they have sentiments and understand the needs of the employees during this Pandemic. Management is easily approachable.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Nothing to say bad about it. But initial hike that is when we switch to this company, are not that great. But since I wanted to this No.1 Insurance Product company I compromised on that part :).

Work Details

Here I am Hired as Business Analyst but I am doing Quality Assurance (QA) work. But I was told about this before joining. I accepted it as I was keen to work with this Product.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
