Else everything is worst. Dear Management, If you're reading this, It's the most toxic corporate arrangement, that I've ever seen. The biggest reason is your team manager whose job is to show as much harshness as possible every other hour for the unrealistic targets to be made in terms of task speed. The day you join this company under this manager's leadership, you're not required to connect to any other colleague personally, no unofficial introductions, no relax sessions, nothing. Just work like a donkey for a salary smaller than an ant, that too without any benefits like insurance, PF , etc. Dear Management, if you're hiring for a full time role, kindly have some courtesy and respect for the employee so that you can train and retain them.
