Definitely a good place to learn and have a wide exposure through all the levels of a corporate. An environment full of potential to learn and grab as much experience for a fresher. Innovative minds are the only necessity here and a hard working personality.

Appraisal and increments are the only areas where it lacks but with the coming growth of the company this might get better

Initial start of the company was good, they were having goals to achieve but later on it follows the same bad start up culture.
