.Then comes the tl of my team mr vivek dhawan he is the most irresponsible tl i have ever seen in my professional life..he doesn't have any quality of a tl but his attitude is like he owns the company he is so full of ego & attitude... He is only responsible for the process failure because he never bothers what is going on in his team he just drops a msg in the group in the morning & one in the evening to make sure he is the tl... not giving any update any feedback any reports just busy checking his employees personal WhatsApp chat...
