Line managers do policing with subordinates. Whether you are a top performer, you won’t get appreciated by your seniors. Dr Reddy's always care of employee but upper management selection is not Good for 2nd line . Last 1 to 2 years few people not working in Feild and management support him this is very bad experience for me. Near hq TM huge goods supplied to pune Area. No any action from 2nd line every one no comments on this condition. Because of Iam not happy good candidate values was zero for Down organisation people like rsm.
