Compensation is medium (when compared with Pharma counterparts within India) . Career growth is there, however the rate is lethargic rate, as Middle & Senior mgmt positions have role A & role B, which could recognize any difference in responsibility wise.

I am impressed with this organization of having 'No hierarchy'. Senior management can be accessible by lower level team. Inputs by team are heard and considered.
