This organisation not only thinks about the outside society but also thinks about their employees. They have started a new program of digitalization which has helped us to secure ourselves from covid 19 as well. There is some policies also which ensures security during this pandemic.

No work life balance. You have look after of two divisions simultaneously that too without informing during joining period. Salary is less. Too much pressure. Line managers do policing with subordinates. Whether you are a top performer, you won’t get appreciated by your seniors. You will be treated like a piece of **** HR is just a name because you won’t know who’s your HR or to whom you reach in your difficult time.
