No work life balance. You have look after of two divisions simultaneously that too without informing during joining period. Salary is less. Too much pressure. Line managers do policing with subordinates. Whether you are a top performer, you won’t get appreciated by your seniors. You will be treated like a piece of **** HR is just a name because you won’t know who’s your HR or to whom you reach in your difficult time. Promotion/appraisal system here is horrible with no emphasis given on how much you have done. You'll get the same increment as with your peers who aren't contributing much.
