They give offer on IPDO work locaton and later sent to CTO unit, for name sake it is IPDO reporting. CTO culture is so worst, mindset of the people horrible. Few things listed here: Even u come in General Shift u need to need to come alternative saturdays mandatory or some times even sundays/public holidays without any Comp Off. Need to handle cancer products and genotoxic impurities without any extra safety measures. Middle management is worst, they expect us to work from home even after office hours. You will never get time to complete alloted trainings. So no personal skill development. Getting leaves very difficult most of the leaves get lapsed....Read More

Now a days the policies becoming worst, initially the timings use to be flexible now it’s like 8:30 to 6, no proper increments (max 8%), no proper grading system, most of the times there is no promotion even after 4 years also.

Dislikes

1) I like is there is no bond system 2) they doesn’t not treat all the equally 3) higher management does not know what is happening at low level 4) the HR policies are not good ex. one person in a team should get a bad rating every year irrespective how he is working and that person will be the new joiner in the team).
