We get to learn new innovative techniques to teach the children

Dislikes

There is a lot of favouritism.. The management goes by the looks and those who try to butter them. No scope for the real hardworking ones. Even if you do a lot of good work but if you commit one mistake then you mistake becomes highlighted. No job satisfaction. Besides salary job satisfaction also matters where your talent is appreciated

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
