1. this company does fraud with the clients and also with employee, they interview an senior experienced employee to client and show the candidate is experienced and align the fresher in place to get the big amount of money in the name of experienced employee. 2 . company work culture is low on ethics. 3. No professional communication toll for internal communications. 4. Bad leave policy, restrict you to take leaves even if you have leave balance, earned leaves cannot be carried forward to next year, no encasements facility. all SL, CL, EL will laps. 5. Apply LOP (Loss of pay) on anything, for taking leaves, threatens employees on the name of LOP to do the task, fill form, sign paper etc. 6. Management is pathetic, No procedure, no professionalism , no ethics. 7. they can reduce the package given to the employee anytime willingly. 8. Management ask to work with multiple clients at a time without informing the other clients for 8 hours, Ask to stretch working hours and also to work on frequent weekends (really exhausting for employee). 9.
