CEO of this company is very unprofessional, all he does is humilate people. Working with him is nightmare because he will make sure that he puts all the blame on you not taking any responsibility about anything. Worst thing is even HR will not do anything even after complaining about him. He believes that he is the only person who is working & all others are scrap. If he continues to behave in same manner I don't think so the company will grow. Your salary will be deducted even if u are late for 1 min. As it was a start up company everybody was very helpful.

Dislikes

There is no training, Managers humiliate employees, Director thinks no end of himself, they'll fire you when time comes for upraisal, dirty office politics, treats employees like crap, push you to sell over priced products that are not worth the value, will blame sales for any mistake in factory. Will cut half day pay for coming late and never appreciate or pay , late night and weekend work.

They want creative people in team. But they gave you dtp opretor work like making line in diary and corporate diary. You feel like you are in school cos the doing micro managing in every work. If you came 5 min late the cut your half day salary. Hussain (boss) has bad attitude. He feels all employees are slave. Less salary hike. If you're creative person don't go there.
