I was working with Dominion Diamond since 2 and 5 months back... Only Work palce and facility is good..

Its a very small organisation in India, hardly less than 100 to 150 employee's working there but still there is no job security in Dominion Diamond Company.Profite wise condition of the company is very bad Hence they are terminating any employee to save cost , No Job carrieer, Recently they close Whole IT infra Department wihtout giving notice period to anyone.
