One of the worst experience entire my career. No growth here only gives the next position but not increase the salary according to position. Worst cafetarea and food is not good and no quality, no taste. The road side food which is available for Rs. 5 is better than in this organization. No skills develepment trainings and no technical classes, the work culture in this organization is like a labour, no professionalism in the work, oldest equipments (1926). No automation every critical equipments should operats manually. The employees those are working Since 26 years, they always blame to new joined people untill leave from organization too much politics and cast feelings.
