F&B Captain/ Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her.
• Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly.
• To promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and hygiene work environment and ensure highest quality food is being served.
• Establish rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every individual guest.
• Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language, and answer phone calls using appropriate telephone etiquette.
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Perform shift closing on the Point of sales terminal and tally cash and credit card settlements.

Desired Candidate Profile

2 - 4 years experience in a 3 or 4 star hotels / QSR Restaurants with Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Hotels Management.
