Working environment is ok. Teammates are good.

Dislikes

Lots of politics. Management does not address our issues. Salary is also very poor, there is no career growth. Job is not secure. Working culture is too bad, seniors are not supportive.

There is some no policy and procedures, senior employee try to press or misbehaving with the junior employees. There is Gang policy .
