Worse still, salaries are often not disbursed on time, if at all. This leaves employees in a constant state of financial uncertainty and stress. Benefits are minimal, and health benefits are inadequate. **Promotions / Appraisal: Terrible** Promotions and appraisals at DL SSR Infotech are almost nonexistent. The process is opaque, biased, and does not reward hard work or talent.
