More Rules & Regulations, more 12hrs duties. Less Leave, critical to take the leaves & Holidays, less benefits, worst Food in night shift 👎, Traveling problem from outside comers, bonus depends on our basic salary etc...

The only thing I like about divis is job security other than it everything is worst

Divis never ever doesn't care about employees opinion and the they only show-off about safety precautions in reality they aren't provided even some good quality of gloves also they provide high quality of gloves for those who doesn't and they provide low quality of gloves for who need more because they consider it also an expense and the PDSC department was most worst department the employee work selflessly doesn't know what happened to their health with those low quality of safety precautions and the company have any employee union also they are ruling the employees by their own choice and the they have a particular department like P&D department they aren't consider about employees opinion but they are ready to rule the work culture also worst thing even taking a proper meal in peace also problem for them we eat on their supervision by saying where we need to sit . The small companies who give 16k salary with free food and transport are much more better than divis where cuts everything in salary the main thing who cares about our health. They are saying like you are the one who care about you and I am obeying it but what about minimal safety precautions like proper gloves , proper food , transport....Read More
