Extremely political chain of people . Biased and uneducated no IT professionals recruited for management. Director of the company is a woman who criticises her own employees and every manager is toxic and extremely obnoxious , no perks , no bonuses , no learning database , non employee centric environment . I, a dedicated employee of the company suffered the loss of my mother. Overwhelmed by grief, I took a bereavement leave to mourn and attend to family's needs during this trying time. Shockingly, upon my return to work, i was met with an unexpected blow - i was informed that i was being laid off due to "restructuring" within the company.
