I liked the work hour flexibility like they will pressure you to work no matter what just that you had to finish the work on time without any team lead. You are on your own.

Dislikes

The owners are kind of "good-talkers" who will promise you a lot of things and will lure you saying you are about to make a change but in reality, they have no idea what is happening. There is no technical lead of particular departments and they will kick you out saying they have no funds and you are useless after making you do all the work, they also pay you half, saying one half is owned by someone else so we can't give you complete. In the end, you will get irritated and fed up with the irrational behavior of the managers. Also, you will never be paid on time there....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
