a good client to work with. a good manager who understands. a good HR and nice policies.

Dislikes

one do not analyze a person according to the persons situation, they just come to a perception hearing about them from another person. Hard reality which I faced.

Salary compensation is somewhat ok

Dislikes

There is only one Security project. Hence no option of project switching. Bad team politics and absolutely no handover / Knowledge transfer process. If you are from IT MNC and thinking to join here , certainly not a good idea. Pathetic HR department, if you are on high salary , sometimes they will just ask you to leave without letting you complete the notice period even if you properly follow the separation process. No professionalism at all. Bottom line is don’t join here...Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
