The only good thing was they didn't fire anyone during covid

Dislikes

They didn't provide WFH even during COVID. WFH was there only for 1month, April2020. They didn't give a damn about the any employee's life risk during COVID. Some people came to check if the office was open during COVID they just show them the cafeteria and ground floor which was the HR department.

Proper room for learning and understanding the industry. Good opportunity to start career with.

Dislikes

Being an insurance company, its core function is into core insurance. Not able to gain cross industry exposure (for MBA freshers). Within industry also, MTs will be working on their core domain and not across domains to gain exposure to different roles within insurance company.

1. No WFH some senior people enjoying WFH but anyone who required WFH in genuine issue Manager are not providing. 2. No facility for food , good food, No Cab. 3. HR is completely Puppet they are not able to do anything whatever manager will HR will do, they don't have the power. 4. Lot of favoritism is happening. 5. Very toxic work culture. 6. WFH is biggest issue if not possible don't give any one but some people enjoying WFH and some of the people are not getting is not equality. All HR is puppet. If You have any other company offer then don't join Digit you will regret till last. Or take it offer letter for counter only don't excite to join, Wrost company ever seen in my life.
