1. No WFH some senior people enjoying WFH but anyone who required WFH in genuine issue Manager are not providing. 2. No facility for food , good food, No Cab. 3. HR is completely Puppet they are not able to do anything whatever manager will HR will do, they don't have the power. 4. Lot of favoritism is happening. 5. Very toxic work culture. 6. WFH is biggest issue if not possible don't give any one but some people enjoying WFH and some of the people are not getting is not equality. All HR is puppet. If You have any other company offer then don't join Digit you will regret till last. 1) No Work Life Balance, even if the employee is dieing or anyone in there family is dieing she/he needs to do the work and come to office. 2) No benifits like cab facility and if we ask for the same benifits, they say us only to move out of the house and get a room or so nearby office. 3) No recognition for the people who do proper work, instead they will take new seniors who wont work but pay them more and still keep them in the team....Read More

I dont have sleep on an empty stomach, and i can afford a roof on me.

Work-life balance is Zero, I am not being allowed for any holidays, i get 1-2 that too after mails and requesting. The management is getting toxic day by day blocking every inch of happiness within. This is killing the interest of working in the company.
