3. Motor + Term life – for top 5/10 locations, dedicate LI resource to accompany GI sales team to large motor partners and focus on selling Motor + Term. Hiring approval for 5 resources with max cost of 4-4.5 lacs to be taken. Background can be from any sales experience. Need to have shorter notice period for immediate joining.
