Being an insurance company, its core function is into core insurance. Not able to gain cross industry exposure (for MBA freshers). Within industry also, MTs will be working on their core domain and not across domains to gain exposure to different roles within insurance company.

1. No WFH some senior people enjoying WFH but anyone who required WFH in genuine issue Manager are not providing. 2. No facility for food , good food, No Cab. 3. HR is completely Puppet they are not able to do anything whatever manager will HR will do, they don't have the power. 4. Lot of favoritism is happening. 5. Very toxic work culture. 6. WFH is biggest issue if not possible don't give any one but some people enjoying WFH and some of the people are not getting is not equality. All HR is puppet. If You have any other company offer then don't join Digit you will regret till last. Or take it offer letter for counter only don't excite to join, Wrost company ever seen in my life. They don't tell at the time of interview or offer letter time that there is mandatory licenceiate exam by III (indian institute of insurance) we need to clear otherwise our GTE period will extended They really destroy my career Also salary is too less as compared to work
