Roles and Responsibilities:

• Successfully managed all the aspects of General Accounting including Accounts Payable, Book Keeping, Pay and Statutory Accounting.
• Prepared weekly payment and urgent proposals for the concerned vendors.
• Displayed resourcefulness in administer in prepaid expenses and operating expenses encompassing telephone, water bills, electricity bill, rent bill and so on. 
• Steered efforts towards governing logistics invoices, purchase and sales invoices.
• Oversaw month wise factory audit as well as generated stock report for the management.
• Experienced in preparing weekly creditors aging statements as per the outstanding bills.
• Conducted Employees final settlement audits including Leave Encashment, Gratuity and Bonus.
• Involved in petty cash management.
• Facilitated audit samples and proactively answered all the audit queries.
• Pivotal role in managing financial year provision entries.
• Performed cheque payments, online payments, RTGS, NEFT & statutory payments.
• Efficiently generated month wise TDS report and presented the same to the management.
