Team Leader - Telesales

Process : Outbound Sales Process
Working Hours : 9 hrs ( including 1 hr break )
Working Days : 6 days working with & 1 rotational off

Below is the job description of the role
Set clear team goals
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee day-to-day operation
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Communication and being a focal point of dissemination of information from management
to team and vis versa
Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Encourage creativity and risk-taking
Suggest and organize team-building activities

Looking for candidates who have -
Excellent Verbal and Written communication Skills. ( ENGLISH AND HINDI Telugu:
MANDATORY)
Preferable experience in Voice Process
Willing to work in rotational shift & Work from office only
