Job Description
- Target Driven, Sales Oriented, Good Communication skills, Fluent in Hindi
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, promoting and selling various insurance products (life, health, auto, etc.) based on their needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through proactive follow-ups and relationship-building techniques.
- Provide accurate and clear information about insurance products, terms, and benefits to clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products based on their preferences and financial situations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet overall department goals and objectives.
- Follow up with existing clients for renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities.
