Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been quite disappointing. I have been working here for the past three years, and during this time, there has been no appraisal hike given. Assigning mulesoft developers to work with other technologies. Additionally assigning automation testers to do manual testing. Due to this resources are absconding or resigning. They are not able to attract new talent as well. Furthermore there have been lots of changes in the higher management. Overall I would not recommend this company to others. The work culture is okay. You wouldn't have any troubles with it. The software pipeline by the senior management team is not well defined. They simply wants to be in switching industry because their competitor, NCR, has grown their wings into it. Work from home allowance is there.

Dislikes

Appraisals have not been declared for the current financial year. Old employees are still working on their year old package. They don't have a good view of the future.
