Work culture is all about leg pulling and blaming each other. Pathetic place to work with no overall growth as this is a division of J Mitra & co. pvt Ltd. jaisa raaja waisi praja. If you are good at chamchagiri then it's a perfect place to work. Honesty and hard work are just for donkey people here. Hardworking employees are treated like donkey. Eyes band kar ke gadhey ki tareh lage raho. Overburden of work always welcome you. Nobody listen to your problems. Only good about the organization is timely salary and training program for employees.

Overall experience is good but from last 2 years things are becoming more complicated as there is change in management and policies of company. The current management treat employees like slaves. So it's better not to spoil future by joining J mitra & co

Diagnostic Enterprises gave me a space ,where I can explore My self & Ensure my Territory development through the working process & policies. I emphasis primary sales & secondary sales with same enthusiasm. Customer service, follow up calls, homework for product presentation , customers problem solving , Ensure my repeat bussiness. Overall I had met the target many times & satiesfied . The incentive policy & timely salary is the best ,I have experienced in Diagnostic Enterprises.

Dislikes

There is no words like dislike in the dictionary of sales job. Expection cannot be fulfilled, that is my personal view about dislike.

Work Details

I never make my routines a chains. I break the chains when there is a need. I have to look the distributor sales , super distributor inventory . Liquidation of the products, timely payments to superdistributor as per policies. Overall it's a challenging .
