If you prove your mettle at work, they will allow you the hybrid work model.

Dislikes

1. They involve you in internal tasks a lot without any additional perks and also expect to complete client work without missing the deadline (overtime without any pay). 2. No team bonding activities are organized....just do your damn work, get underpaid, frustrate and repeat!

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
